Recently named Best Restaurant Bar in North America, Jewel of the South is looking for a qualified candidate to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in fine dining and the production of tasting menus, and will have traveled extensively.

Sample Menu:

• Caviar Service
• Black Pudding, Pickled Shallot, Daikon Radish
• Foie Gras Parfait, Earl Grey, Pain d’Epice
• Trotter Croquettes with Beer Mustard and Wally
• Bone Marrow Mousse, Smoked Trout Roe, “Mimosa,” Crunch

The menu is ever-changing and unique to the New Orleans culinary scene.

This is a full-time position. Jewel of the South is open for dinner service Wednesday through Monday.
