Iws-Group is seeking a dependable Line Cook in New Jersey to join our kitchen team and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

The ideal candidate will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, set up the kitchen line, prepare ingredients, and cook menu items accurately. Slip-resistant shoes are required, and ServSafe is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move kitchen supplies as needed.
• Slip-resistant shoes required.
• Food Safety Certification/ServSafe Plus is preferred but not required.
• Must follow proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, portion standards, and quality guidelines.
