Job Summary
To produce and maintain the quality of menu items assigned to your station according to the company's menu recipes and specifications. Ensure safety, sanitation, and food standards are met according to recipes, procedures, quality, and timeliness.
Job Responsibilities
- Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work.
- Maintain a brisk, steady pace; stay organized; avoid unnecessary steps.
- Adhere strictly to recipes; ensure 100% recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting.
- Use scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards for portion control.
- Keep the kitchen and equipment clean; practice 'clean as you go.'
- Complete work efficiently, maintaining quality and quantity standards.
- Organize supplies ahead of busy periods.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Maintain a safe work environment following OSHA guidelines.
- Handle food safely, including receiving, rotating, and stocking.
- Support prep work as needed.
