Responsibilities

1. Preparing recipes and cooking menu items to specifications.
2. Receiving, ordering, and properly storing food products.
3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and related areas.
4. Performing opening, closing, and side duties, including setting up and breaking down stations.
5. Practicing safety and sanitation standards.
6. Reading and assembling orders accurately, demonstrating product knowledge.
7. Handling special procedures for large parties or vouchers.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience as a Line Cook required.
2. Ability to stand or move for extended periods.
3. Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
4. Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong organization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
6. Positive attitude towards guests and team members.
