An established industry player in the hospitality sector is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join their culinary team. The purpose of a Line Cook is to prepare and cook food that meets the hotel’s standards and quality. A Line Cook operates under a chef in a restaurant or food establishment, responsible for carrying out duties assigned by the Chef. This includes assisting with breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service.

Associate's degree or equivalent, or 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
Knowledge of cooking measurements, ability to follow instructions.
Safe Serve/Food Handler’s Card.
Kitchen environment with varying temperatures, exposure to chemicals, moderate noise.
Long hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for long periods.
