Pay Range

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $18.00/hr

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Line Cook to join our team. Responsibilities include preparing, expediting, and monitoring food items, following recipes and presentation standards, maintaining cleanliness, and interacting professionally with guests and coworkers. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment and adhering to safety and health regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• One to two years of experience or equivalent education and experience
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to respond to guest inquiries and interpret safety and operational documents
• Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses and credentials, including a non-gaming credential for casino floor events
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 100 lbs, and perform other physical tasks as described

Work Environment

• Smoking and non-smoking areas within the casino
• High noise levels
• Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing
