Range: $18.34-$22.12

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing food the Red Robin way, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.
2. Maintaining guest satisfaction by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness standards.

You will be keeping Guests worry-free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. In addition to base pay, you will also receive a free meal each shift.

• Other Compensation: Referral bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must work 20+ hours/week)

• Retirement Benefits: 401(k) plan with company match up to 4% (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year)
