Hash House A Go Go at Mohegan Sun is seeking a Line Cook for a high-energy kitchen where creativity meets precision. You will take ownership of your station and work across grill, sauté, fry, and broiler to craft signature plates with elevated presentation.

You’ll support prep and the team, maintain strict food safety standards, and bring energy and teamwork to every shift in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 6 months in a similar line cook role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with BOH and FOH teams.
• A sense of urgency without sacrificing quality.
• A sharp eye for detail, especially in plating and presentation.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
