Responsibilities

• Bridge between kitchen and front-of-house to keep orders flowing smoothly.
• Prioritize dishes to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Inspect plates for correct order, presentation, and temperature.
• Deliver food to tables and assist during rush periods.
• Maintain high sanitation and quality standards.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and a smile.
• Help with phone orders or team support as needed.
