Job Description

Our restaurants operate professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchens. We hire line and prep cooks who understand high standards for food presentation and execution. The open-kitchen layout requires strong communication and teamwork with other staff, including assemblers, expo, and management. Responsibilities include managing ticket orders, ensuring proper food temperatures, maintaining cleanliness, and following sanitation protocols. Opening and closing duties are also part of the role.
