Job summary

Little Hen Miami is hiring a Line Cook responsible for preparing dishes during service according to Little Hen recipes, plating standards, and timing expectations.

The Line Cook will set up and stock the station, maintain speed and accuracy during busy brunch service, and follow food safety procedures. They must be reliable, work weekends, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Must be available weekends and holidays.
• Food handler certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock the station before service.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy brunch service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures.
• Communicate with the chef and team during service.
• Keep station clean, organized, and ready at all times.
