Urbane Cafe is hiring passionate Sandwich & Salad Makers to craft delicious, fresh plates with pride. We offer a starting wage of $20.00 per hour in California, plus tips that can add $1–$4 per hour. Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Previous kitchen or food service experience a plus—we'll train the right person.

• Build gourmet sandwiches, farm fresh salads and bowls with speed, consistency and care.
• Follow recipes and portioning standards while bringing your own passion to every plate.
• Keep your station clean, stocked and guest-ready at all times.
