Qualifications

• A love for food and a high standard for quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliability and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Prior kitchen or food service experience a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build gourmet sandwiches, salads and bowls with speed, consistency and care.
• Follow recipes and portioning standards while bringing passion to every plate.
• Keep station clean, stocked and guest-ready at all times.
• Work in sync with teammates to keep the line moving smoothly.

Urbane Cafe is a family-owned company founded by Tom Holt, with locations across Southern California and Nevada - and more on the way. Every day, we make our focaccia dough from scratch and bake it fresh in open-hearth ovens, right in front of our guests.
