Urbane Cafe Operations LLC in Las Vegas is hiring crew members to build gourmet sandwiches, farm‑fresh salads and bowls with speed, consistency and care. We’ll train the right person even with no prior kitchen experience.

Starting at $13.00 per hour plus tips (an extra $1–$4/hr in tips). Benefits included, on‑demand pay, flexible scheduling, 401K with matching, dental and vision, meals on shift, and real career growth as we expand.

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 35 lbs
• Reliability and a positive, team-first attitude
• Prior kitchen or food service experience a plus - but we'll train the right person!
