Job description

We are currently looking for a Line Cook to join our team at Pizzeria Mozza!

Pizzeria Mozza is owned by Chef, Author, and James Beard Award Winner Nancy Silverton and Joe Bastianich.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment (upscale casual Italian cuisine experience is a plus)
2. Culinary program certificate or degree preferred, but not required
3. Part-time position with potential for full-time hours; must be flexible with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
4. Ability to work well with a team, follow directions, and execute recipes accurately
5. Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
6. Weekend availability is required

Learn to become a talented Pizzaiolo under the guidance of experienced Chef Herbert Yuen.

This position reports to the Executive Chef.

Compensation is hourly, based on experience.
