Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Cook to deliver consistent quality by following brand recipe cards, maintaining presentation and ensuring safe serving temperatures. You will work full-time with open weekday and weekend availability, and shift times based on business needs.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, food safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing meals to spec, documenting container rotations, keeping equipment and stock organized,
