Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Hotel Line Cook in the Washington, DC area to elevate guest dining with consistent quality. Follow brand recipe cards, maintain rotation and cleanliness, and respond to guest requests with a positive approach.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence at Concord-managed properties.

Qualifications

• Prior culinary or kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and teamwork.
