A Day at The Shack

We share a passion for quality food and delightful experiences. As a team member, you will ensure guest satisfaction by executing recipes and preparing high-quality food.

Responsibilities
  1. Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes and guidelines
  2. Set up work stations with ingredients and equipment
  3. Prepare ingredients by measuring, chopping, and assembling
  4. Operate kitchen equipment safely
  5. Garnish and portion food according to standards
  6. Store food properly following safety policies
  7. Maintain quality control and food safety standards
  8. Clean and sanitize work areas and utensils
  9. Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
  10. Follow safety policies and perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required (training provided)
  • Experience in pastry cooking is a plus
  • Willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge of menu items and products
