POSITION SNAPSHOT : The line cook is responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience by preparing and presenting our menu items. They must handle all food items correctly to ensure guest safety at all times.

NITTY GRITTY DETAILS :

• Deliver an excellent guest experience through quality food, drinks, and games in a fun environment.
• Keep supervisors informed of any issues and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Use chemicals properly, in correct quantities, for safety and cost efficiency.
• Store all products properly and at appropriate levels.
• Prepare and sell food that meets quality standards and guest expectations.
• Cook all food items according to recipes and specifications.
• Control costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and stations.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of kitchen mats, floors, walls, drains, and trash cans.
• Assist team members as needed to support business needs.
• Foster a cooperative and positive working environment.
• Be friendly, approachable, and able to smile while working days, nights, and weekends.
• Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• Communicate clearly with team members.
• Be disciplined, self-motivated, neat, and professional in appearance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements :

The physical demands include working in a noisy, fast-paced environment, moving about the facility, standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and performing various physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and wiping.

Salary :

• Hourly compensation ranges from $7.25 to $16.75.
