Job summary

The Westin Indianapolis, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Line Cook to join a fast-paced, guest‑focused kitchen. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items, and help maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and stations.

This full‑time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior line cook experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
