Line Cook

Range: $14.30-$17.25

Position Overview:

As a Line Cook, you will prepare food following the Red Robin standards, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. You will ensure guest safety and satisfaction by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness protocols. In addition to your base pay, you will receive a free meal each shift.

• Pay Range (Base Pay): $14.30-$17.25
• Other Compensation: Referral bonuses, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must work 20+ hours/week)
• Health Insurance: Coverage includes health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity (must be 18+)
• Retirement Benefits: 401(k) plan with company match up to 4% (must be 21+ years, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year)
• Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours per hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ hours/week)
