A Kitchen Partner can hold various back-of-house roles including, but not limited to, Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher. The Kitchen Partner reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and store management.

The Kitchen Partner ensures all products are prepared timely according to company recipes, manages security and shrinkage, and maintains sanitation of their work area.
