Unicoi State Park & Lodge in North Georgia is seeking a dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team. You’ll prepare and cook menu items across multiple outlets, following recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, fast-paced service, proper food safety, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous line cook experience preferred; training available.

At Unicoi, you’ll have the opportunity to work across our unique dining outlets, including Smith Creek Tavern and Anna’s Italian, gaining experience with a variety of cuisines and cooking styles while serving guests from all over the region.
