Job summary

Coral Hospitality, Inc. invites applicants to join Unicoi State Park & Lodge as a Full-Time Seasonal Banquet Setup/Server. You will help create memorable experiences for weddings, meetings, and events in a beautiful mountain setting.

Expect fast-paced shifts with nights, weekends, and holidays required. Training is available for the right candidate, and you’ll work closely with banquet and food & beverage teams to deliver outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or hospitality is a plus.
• Willing to train the right person.
• Nights, weekends, and holidays required.
• Ability to lift and move items during events.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet spaces, tables, chairs, and event spaces.
• Serve food and beverages with friendly, attentive service.
• Keep banquet areas clean and event-ready.
• Assist with buffets, plated meals, receptions, and events.
• Coordinate with banquet and F&B teams to ensure smooth events.
• Maintain a professional, positive hospitality attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and break down banquet rooms, tables, chairs, and event spaces.
• Serve food and beverages while providing friendly, attentive guest service.
• Keep banquet areas clean, organized, and event-ready.
• Assist with buffets, plated meals, receptions, and special events.
• Work closely with the banquet and food & beverage teams to ensure events run smoothly.
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude while delivering excellent hospitality.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Ability to lift, carry, stand, and move throughout events for extended periods.
• Previous banquet, serving, or hospitality experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Nights, weekends, and holidays are a must.
