Hyatt Regency Green Bay is seeking a Line Cook. Located in downtown Green Bay and close to major attractions and the Green Bay Packers, we are the largest full-service hotel in the area with 241 suites and 80,000 sq ft of space.

Position Summary

The Line Cook will work as part of a team on specific kitchen stations, requiring intermediate culinary skills. The role involves delivering consistent, high-quality dishes to ensure positive guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of menus and cooking standards.
  • Set up workstations with ingredients and equipment.
  • Prepare ingredients (chopping, peeling, etc.).
  • Cook all food items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure dishes are well-presented.
  • Keep the kitchen sanitized and organized.
  • Store ingredients properly and monitor quality.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications
