Job summary

Roaring Fork Senior Living in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking a part-time Line Cook for our on-site, from-scratch kitchen. You will prepare made-to-order meals, follow recipes, and work with a tight-knit culinary team to deliver quality dining for residents and guests.

This PRN role covers PTO and holiday schedules, with competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package. Requirements include knowledge of special diets and a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing meals for special diets.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food according to the menu under the direction of the Executive Chef.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to standardized recipes.
• Communicates frequently and professionally with other line cooks, chef, managers, and front of house team members.
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensures all food in refrigerator, freezer, and dry storage are labeled and dated.
