$17.25 - $22.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Our line cooks prepare more than 200 dishes made fresh daily, focusing on quality ingredients, technique, and flavor. You'll utilize various cooking methods and tools to ensure our dishes meet high standards. Despite busy environments, our team spirit and commitment to fun make the work enjoyable, and guests often compliment our food.

Your Background:
  • Strong technique: knife skills and diverse cooking methods
  • Attention to detail: precise weights, measurements, and volumes
  • Cleanliness and organization: maintaining a tidy workspace
  • Team player: collaborating effectively with colleagues
  • Physical ability: standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending, reaching, twisting
  • Experience: at least 6 months as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred (consider Prep Cook if less experienced)
  • Age requirement: at least 18 years old
