Job Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook passionate about preparing quality food for our guests to Perkins standards. You will help provide an excellent dining experience through your dedication and culinary skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food presentation is appealing and meets standards.
• Monitor inventory and advise on additional prep needs.
• Communicate effectively regarding ticket times and service issues.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitary work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior line cook experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
