Job summary

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse in Frontenac, Missouri is looking for a Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare premium steaks, seafood and plant-based entrees while upholding food safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards. Teamwork and timely ticketing are essential to delight our guests.

A minimum of one year of restaurant line cook experience is required. We offer in-class training and a supportive environment to learn, grow and advance in hospitality.

You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining your station on the line, and monitoring ticket times and food quality.
