Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Los Angeles is hiring a Line Cook with at least one year of restaurant experience. You will be responsible for line setup, food preparation, sanitation, and upholding high standards of quality and safety.

Join a fast-paced team that values guest satisfaction and teamwork; compensation ranges from $17.87 to $20.33 per hour plus benefits. Medical, dental, vision, and 401k are offered.

As aLine Cookyou will need to be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. You will also be responsible for proper storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer as well as keeping the dry storage organized. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining your station on the line, and monitoring ticket times and food quality. Fleming’s is a positive and fast-paced environment and working well with a team of others is important.
