Mass Appeal Draught House & Grille in Foxborough seeks an eager Line Cook to join our scratch kitchen. You'll work across stations, learn from experienced leaders, and contribute to memorable meals during Patriots games and events.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or line cook experience preferred.
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards.
• Execute dishes with speed, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Set up, stock, maintain, and break down your station.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Practice proper product rotation (FIFO), labeling, and organization.
• Work closely with teammates to deliver smooth, efficient service.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive kitchen environment.
• Support prep, receiving, and daily kitchen operations as needed.

Status: Full Time or Part Time

Reports to: Kitchen Manager

Salary Range: $20-$25 per hour

About The Role

Our kitchen is built around quality, consistency, teamwork, and hospitality.

Some days you'll cook for packed dining rooms during Patriots games, concerts, and major events. Other days give us the opportunity to perfect our craft, improve our prep, and deliver memorable meals for our growing community of local regulars.

No matter how busy the restaurant is, our goal stays the same: Serve food we're proud of.

You'll work every station, continue developing your skills, and play an important role in creating the experience that keeps guests coming back.

What You'll Do
