Fuzzies Burgers is seeking Line Cooks to join our team at the following locations:

• Forest Hill, MD (Food Truck/Trailer)
• Fells Point, MD
• Oriole Park at Camden Yards

POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of the Line Cook is to perform the full cooking process in a high-volume setting while maintaining quality and consistency using the locations assigned recipes and instructions. This includes stocking the workstation, preparing ingredients, grilling, frying, checking for doneness and taste, adjusting seasoning and temperature, and ensuring plate presentation standards. The Line Cook is fully responsible for all aspects of the cooking station and must ensure sanitation guidelines and proper product rotation are followed.

The Line Cook reports to the Crew Chief on location.

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:

Hourly wage ranges from $15.00 to $25.00+ depending on tips, with a tip sharing system as a bonus to the base rate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setting up and stocking the workstation with minimal supervision
• Executing menu items from start to finish, including preparation, cooking, and plating
• Mastering more than one station
• Learning new techniques and honing skills
• Collaborating with team members for efficient operations
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and participating in deep cleaning

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, understanding)
• Ability to follow instructions in a loud environment
• Preferred 2 years of high-volume food service experience
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, Monday to Sunday
• Reliable transportation
• Passion for food and customer experience (preferred)
• Positive attitude, professionalism, teamwork, emotional control
• Punctuality, dependability, trustworthiness
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30+ pounds
• Maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene
