The Rosewild PM Line Cook position reports to and works directly with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs (Culinary Leadership Team), executing scratch-made dishes and recipes. It is critical that you have honing your craft and demonstrate advanced culinary techniques. You should be task-oriented and comfortable working closely with the Cook I and under the Chef's direction. Opportunities for collaboration with culinary leadership are available, and your insights are valued for our shared success.
Our culinary teams are expected to uphold high standards of respect for themselves, guests, and each other. Building trusting and transparent relationships with peers in the kitchen and hotel is essential. You will work with a talented team that values collaboration, humility, and open-mindedness—egos are not tolerated. Respect for leadership and peers is imperative; we promote a positive and respectful work environment.
The PM shift typically runs from 3 PM to 11 PM, with weekends required.
You understand that culinary professionalism involves both art and science. You have experience, are eager to learn, and committed to your team. You are comfortable with direction and feedback, and you understand how each station and team member contributes to the overall success of the operation.
