Position Overview: A Fearless Line Cook is a professional who takes pride in their work, is highly organized, and can work quickly and cleanly.

Skills and Requirements:

• 2+ years of restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment
• Experience working fast-paced sauté, pantry, or grill stations
• Excellent knife skills
• Strong work ethic and dedication to hospitality
• Drive to meet or exceed operational standards
• Team player with a professional attitude
• Food Safety knowledge
• High stamina to work on your feet for extended periods
