Job summary

Rafferty’s Restaurant & Bar is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Evansville, IN. Maintain a guest-focused attitude, prepare high-quality dishes, and support a clean, efficient kitchen during busy service.

You will work on the line, communicate clearly with teammates, follow safety standards, and help with prep, stocking, and opening/closing tasks as needed. This role requires reliability and physical stamina for standing shifts.

Detailed Job Description:Cooks/Line Cooks

• Maintain a Guest focus AND a positive attitude
• Communicates effectively and clearly
• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
• Able to exert well-paced mobility throughout scheduled shift.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, equipment use and food preparation
• Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products to assure efficient service
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation
• Handles, stores, labels, dates and rotates all products properly and consistently
• Complies with all company guidelines regarding Food Safety and Personal Safety
• Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
• Assists in food prep, maintenance, cleanliness and/or other kitchen duties as assigned
• Follow procedures for Opening, Closing and on-going cleanliness.
