Fleming's Prime Steakhouse in El Segundo, CA is seeking an energetic Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for maintaining food safety, proper storage, and ensuring top quality sauces and plating in a fast-paced environment.

As aLine Cookyou will need to be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. You will also be responsible for proper storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer as well as keeping the dry storage organized. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining your station on the line, and monitoring ticket times and food quality. Compensation Range: $16.90 - $20.33
