Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Chandler, AZ is seeking a line cook to join our fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will help prepare premium steaks, seafood, and plant-based entrees while upholding food safety and high standards.

As aLine Cookyou will need to be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. You will also be responsible for proper storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer as well as keeping the dry storage organized. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining your station on the line, and monitoring ticket times and food quality. Fleming’s is a positive and fast-paced environment and working well with a team of others is important.

Experience:
