Job summary

One Beer at a Time in Michigan is hiring a full-time kitchen team member to prep, cook, and plate menu items in a fast-paced restaurant and brewery environment. You will follow recipes, maintain clean stations, and support a friendly dining experience.

Expected hours are around 30–40 per week with a mix of days, evenings, and weekends. Benefits include paid time off, healthcare coverage after 60 days, disability and life insurance after 60 days, and employee discounts.

About the Job:

We operate a fun and face paced menu at our restaurant. We are a bar, restaurant, & brewery with indoor pickleball and video games. A super fun place to visit and work! Expected hours are around 30-40 per week with a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.

Skill set needed:

• Basic kitchen knowledge (knife skills, basic kitchen equipment use, etc.).
• Ability to understand and follow recipes.
• Work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in safe and proper food handling.
• Reliable in transportation and work ethic.
• Able to work cleanly and organized.
• Positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

Education:

• Minimum of 1-year of Culinary experience.
