JOB DESCRIPTION: We are hiring experienced Line Cooks. Pay depends on experience.

We are looking for candidates with strong prep and line experience, and prefer a minimum of 2 years in a high-volume kitchen.

Weekend availability is required.

DUTIES:
  1. Prepare and cook menu items in a timely manner. Perform station functions on flattop, grill, and pantry.
  2. Maintain station and kitchen cleanliness through shift.
  3. Identify and communicate potential issues with all co-workers: management, back of house, and front of house.
  4. Comply with health and safety regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. Complete required training.
