Job summary

The Palmetto Club in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced line cook to join our 45-person team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. We offer competitive hourly wages and a team-oriented kitchen environment located at 1231 Sumter Street.

Responsibilities include station setup, vegetable prep, cooking, cleaning, and inventory management. Eligible candidates should have prior line cook or back-of-house experience and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Cooking experience or Back of the House experience.
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments.
• Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs.
• Strong attention to detail.
