Job summary

SSP America is seeking skilled line cooks to join our kitchen teams. We offer full-time and part-time roles with opportunities to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Earned wage advances via Fuego and On-Demand Pay are available to eligible employees. Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining station setups, stocking supplies, handling and rotating products, and ensuring equipment cleanliness and safety.

• Food handlers permit, as required by law
• Brand Certification, as required

Responsibilities

• Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items.
• Maintain proper and adequate setup of the kitchen/station daily.
• Requisitioning and stocking of all required food, paper products, and condiments.
• Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
• Set up, maintain, clean, and breakdown all machinery and equipment.
• Maintain stock, cutting, and storage of perishables daily to ensure product quality.

Our Line Cooks are experts at a few things:
