Detailed Job Description: Cooks/Line Cooks

• Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude.
• Communicate effectively and clearly.
• Assume 100% responsibility for the quality of products served.
• Exert well‑paced mobility throughout the scheduled shift.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, equipment use, and food preparation.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products to assure efficient service.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
• Handle, store, label, date, and rotate all products properly and consistently.
• Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety.
• Complete required tasks within assigned time frames.
• Assist in food prep, maintenance, cleanliness, and/or other kitchen duties as assigned.
• Follow procedures for opening, closing, and ongoing cleanliness.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
