What will I do?

• Ensure incredible service by effectively handling a variety of tasks
• Prepare ingredients for the culinary team and create high-quality meals
• Follow recipes, knife skills, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency
• Balance prep work while ensuring timely meal preparation and high standards
• Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a line cook
• Knife skills
• Enthusiasm and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts
• Experience working on multiple kitchen stations
• Experience in various restaurant or hospitality roles
