ABOUT DUCK DUCK GOAT: Chef Stephanie Izard offers her take on authentic Chinese cuisine in Chicago's West Loop. The restaurant features hand-pulled noodles, house-made dumplings, wontons, spring rolls, and more, embodying an “everytown Chinatown” vibe that captures the essence of American Chinatowns.

LINE COOK RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Cooking dishes following recipes
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
  • Opening or closing the kitchen
  • Upholding standards set by Stephanie Izard and Boka Restaurant Group
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Hardworking with a positive attitude
  • Experience in high-volume kitchens
  • Food handlers' certification
  • Flexible schedule

This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. We seek dedicated team players who are passionate and enthusiastic about their craft.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to lift 10-20 lbs
  • Use all necessary tools and equipment safely
  • Stand and walk throughout an eight-hour shift
