Boka Restaurant Group and Top Chef/Iron Chef winner, James Beard Award-winning chef, Stephanie Izard, are currently seeking Line Cooks to join the team of Girl & the Goat, located in the heart of Restaurant Row in the West Loop!

ABOUT GIRL & THE GOAT:

Chef Izard’s culinary home after her Top Chef Season 4 win, Girl & The Goat is one of the first establishments in the Randolph Restaurant Corridor. The 122-seat restaurant offers a family-style menu with bold flavors and global influences, plus a selection of wines from around the world. The lively setting makes guests feel at home from the moment they walk in.

LINE COOK’S RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Cooking dishes following recipes
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
  • Opening or closing the kitchen
  • Upholding standards of Stephanie Izard and Boka Restaurant Group
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Hardworking
  • Experience in high-volume kitchens
  • Food handlers' certification
  • Flexible schedule

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. We seek dedicated, enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to lift 10-20 lbs
  • Safe and effective use of tools and equipment
  • Stand and walk for entire shifts, navigating all restaurant areas safely
