Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is seeking a line cook to prepare premium prime steaks, seafood and plant-based entrees. You will be responsible for proper storage in walk-in coolers and freezers, keeping the line clean, and collaborating with a fast-paced team to ensure quality and service standards.

As a Line Cookyou will need to be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. You will also be responsible for proper storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer as well as keeping the dry storage organized. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining your station on the line, and monitoring ticket times and food quality. Fleming’s is a positive and fast-paced environment and working well with a team of others is important.
