Job Summary

A Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef prepares food according to recipes and safety guidelines, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
• Plate foods based on chef's guidance
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean kitchen equipment
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and maintenance as needed
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards

Job Requirements

• No previous experience required; training provided
• Current Food Handlers Card where applicable or assistance in obtaining one
• Passion for food and attention to detail
• Ability to learn menu and recipes
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the kitchen
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
