Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is looking for motivated, dependable Line Cooks to join our West Ashley kitchen crew. If you love working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen and take pride in putting out great food consistently, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and execute menu items according to Mex 1 recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support prep and closing duties as assigned.
