Mex1 Coastal Cantina is seeking experienced, hardworking staff to support servers and bartenders at three Charleston-area locations: West Ashley, Sullivan’s Island, and Mount Pleasant. As a Server Assistant/Buser/Food Runner, you will clear and reset tables, deliver food orders, remove used dishes, and help maintain a clean, efficient dining room.

We prioritise hospitality, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Experience in fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and wait staff.
Strong communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables after guests depart.
Assist in serving food and beverages as needed.
Remove used dishes and utensils to keep dining area clean.
