Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older to operate kitchen equipment

The open-kitchen layout requires strong communication and teamwork with other staff. Responsibilities include managing ticket orders, ensuring proper food temperatures, maintaining cleanliness, and following sanitation protocols. Duties also include opening and closing responsibilities.
